Chandigarh, September 25:Today, upon the arrival of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in Chandigarh, BJP President Jatinder Pal Malhotra extended a grand welcome. Many senior leaders and workers of the Chandigarh BJP were also present on this occasion. After the welcome, President Malhotra engaged in significant discussions with the Education Minister regarding various education-related issues.

During this meeting, Mr. Malhotra addressed the current status of education in Chandigarh and the necessary steps to improve its quality. He suggested enhancing basic facilities in schools and colleges, improving the teacher-student ratio, and implementing digital education more effectively. Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan expressed empathy towards these issues and discussed the central government's plans and policies aimed at strengthening and making the education system more accessible.

The Education Minister stated that the government has implemented several new schemes under the National Education Policy, which will help make students globally competitive and elevate the standard of education. He assured that the primary goal of the government is to ensure that every child receives quality education, and necessary steps will be taken in Chandigarh in this direction.
